Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING

All garments are made to order. Estimated delivery time on orders placed today is approximately 6-8 weeks. You will be contacted by Forum customer service when your product is ready to be shipped.

Credit card or other payment is required to place an order, but you will be notified of your options if delivery will be delayed for any reason.

Items from Forum Industries may only be shipped to US customers.

We utilize United Parcel Service (UPS) for all shipments. Sorry, but we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. All shipments are made from our location in San Antonio, Texas 78219. After shipment, a UPS tracking number will be emailed to you. If you are trying to estimate when a package will be delivered prior to ordering, please note the following:

  • Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing.
  • UPS deliveries occur Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
RETURNS

All refunds will be provided as a credit to the credit card used at the time of purchase within five (5) business days upon receipt of the returned merchandise. Please call or email for return shipment information. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days of purchase. All returned merchandise must be in new, unworn condition.

Items customized with departmental patches or logos supplied by the customer may not be returned.
